Your journey begins with a complimentary Discovery Call. During this brief conversation, we review your health goals, current symptoms, and readiness for the program to ensure this approach is appropriate and aligned with your needs.

Initial Consultation

(75 Minutes)

If we determine the program is a good fit, we proceed with a comprehensive Initial Consultation and body composition analysis. We evaluate metabolic factors, lifestyle habits, and body composition to establish your personalized starting point.

Your consultation includes an in-depth review of:

  • Complete health history

  • Medical symptoms

  • Lifestyle and nutrition

  • Stress

  • Medications

  • Supplements

  • Recent lab work (within the last year)

Comprehensive Health Evaluation

  • A personalized assessment to ensure your weight loss plan is safe, effective, and aligned with your health needs.

Body Composition Analysis

  • Monthly InBody* scans to track body fat, muscle mass, visceral fat, and metabolic trends to ensure fat loss without muscle loss.

Personalized Nutrition & Lifestyle Guidance

Our certified Health Coach offers personalized, one-on-one support to help you stay consistent and confident throughout your journey, including:

  • Individualized nutrition guidance

  • Lifestyle support (sleep, breathing, movement, and stress management)

  • Nutrition label education and pantry makeovers

Goal Setting & Accountability

  • Clear, realistic goals are reviewed regularly to support consistency, motivation, and long-term success.

Advanced Holistic Functional Testing

  • Optional holistic and functional testing may be recommended to help uncover underlying factors that can impact weight, metabolism, and overall health.

Supplements & GLP-1 Medications

  • Targeted supplements and GLP-1 (when necessary) to support metabolism, appetite control, muscle preservation, gut health, and inflammation, using a microdosing approach to reduce side effects.

Weight Loss App
