SpectraCell - Micro-nutritent Testing
Personalized Wellness Testing Options: Vitamin, mineral and antioxidant deficiencies have been shown to suppress the functions of the immune system leaving us more susceptible to chronic diseases like arthritis, cancer, diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
Nutritional Testing
This test measures 35 specific micronutrients - vitamins, minerals, amino acids, antioxidants and metabolites - and how they affect cellular function in a person. Correlating micronutrient deficiencies slows aging and degenerative disease progression, as well as prevent cellular dysfunction.
Cardiometabolic Risk
Your cellular metabolism and cardiovascular system (heart and blood vessels) are intricately linked. A CardioMetabolic panel is a series of blood tests that measures your personal level of risk for developing heart disease (Cardio) or diabetes (Metabolic). Your blood tells a very specific story of where you are in the spectrum of cardiovascular and metabolic health.
Hormone Balance
SpectraCell offers comprehensive male and female hormone panels that reveal the overall state of hormonal balance. Like nutrients, hormones influence all aspects of health and disease - mood, sleep, metabolism, immunity, heart health and appearance. An imbalance of one hormone can initiate a cascade of events that alters other hormones.
Genetic Testing
Genetic tests offered by SpectraCell are a special piece of the clinical puzzle. The additional guidance this testing offers provides you with a truly personalized scope of preventative treatment. In addition to offering genetic markers for cardiovascular disease (ApoE, MTHFR, Factor V, Prothrombin). SpectraCell was the first and one of few labs to offer Telomere Testing.
